Towle Theater is owned and operated by the Hammond Development Corporation, a not-for profit economic development organization that focuses on new business development and workforce issues. Since their establishment in 1981, they have assisted the City of Hammond in developing a flourishing, prosperous community in which business owners and residents can take pride.
